Fire Risk Assessments - Council's Responsibility

The council is responsible for keeping Fire Risk Assessments up to date. You can request them through your council building manager or RA

Internal Fire Doors

Kitchen doors should be FR30 compliant with an overhead door closer.

Council tenants should contact their estate manager to have the kitchen door checked.
